Position Title: Human Resources & Administrative Support Manager
Reports To: Associate Director
Duration: Regular Position
Hours: 1.0 Full Time Equivalent (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $40,000 to $52,000 plus benefits: generous 90% employer-paid medical, dental, vision and naturopathic health insurance, 401K plan, subsidized transit pass, cell phone credit, professional development opportunities, paid time off starting at three weeks per year, seven paid holidays annually, and flexible family-friendly schedule.
APANO is looking for a detail-oriented, highly-organized and support-focused individual to lead APANO’s Administrative Support team and Human Resources program. We envision the position to be heavily logistics-focused, with expectation to supervise meeting the day-to-day administrative needs of a growing, culturally-specific, community-based non-profit organization. The Human Resources & Administrative Support Manager provides direct support to the Executive Director, and is responsible for leading the team that supports all program & office operations, overseeing facilities scheduling & maintenance, supporting major event planning & execution, human resources & benefits management, and providing assistance to other projects and/or programs as needed. This individual will join a growing, seasoned team of member-leaders and staff working to win concrete change in the lives of Asian and Pacific Islanders in Oregon, and the larger world.
