The vendor application for the 2015 Jade International Night Market is now available online. The Jade International Night Market drew in 20,000 people last summer, bringing individuals and groups together to celebrate the diversity of the Southeast Portland community. The Jade District Night Market Committee will approve applications on a “first-come, first-serve” basis, as well as consider the proposed retail goods and/or services so as to provide the best possible mix of retailers and service providers at the event. Preference will be given to businesses that are located in the Jade District. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and canopies; canopies/tents are required for every booth space. Applications are complete and will be reviewed once the Jade District has received AN APPLICANT’S ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT IN THE FORM OF A CHECK OR PayPal. The Jade District will refund 100% of vendor fees if your application is not approved.
The two Night Markets will be hosted on Saturday, August 15 and Saturday, August 22.
The deadline for submitting a vendor application (and payment) is JULY 31, 2015 (two weeks before the first market event). The Jade District is offering an “early bird” 10% discount on registration fees for vendors who apply before June 20.
