Kristina Narayan is the Policy and Research Coordinator at APANO. She grew up in Wilsonville, Oregon and was born to parents from Yugoslavia and the Fiji Islands, Kristina is excited by APANO’s community-driven approach to policy change and commitment to uplifting immigrant voices. Kristina drives APANO’s analysis of local and regional health policy issues. She also supports the organization’s greater policy development and political advocacy efforts, helps design and implement APANO’s legislative strategy, and works closely with coalition partners.
She serves as Vice-Chair of the Multnomah County Public Health Advisory Board and as Volunteer Director for the Portland chapter of Skate Like A Girl, a regional non-profit that empowers youth through action sports.
