2026 is the year APANO launches Good Growth, a program supporting Asian and Asian American communities across Oregon through workforce development, contractor support, and pathways to sustainable careers in green construction, healthcare, and early childhood education.

How to enter:
- Subscribe to the APANO Good Growth Youtube channel.
- Fill out our entry form by June 14, 2026 11:59 p.m.
- Winner contacted on June 15! Must pick up by June 22.

Good Growth, APANO’s Workforce Planning & Development program, is working on a lot of different projects this year – and we want to keep you in the loop.
Our Good Growth Youtube Channel serves a multilingual hub in English, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Thai featuring easy to follow DIY videos on topics like weatherization and energy efficiency. We want to ensure that BIPOC communities have the knowledge and access for climate resiliency, especially during the height of wildfires, heatwaves and ice storms. Save this channel to go back to tips on making your home more climate resilient. Upcoming videos will cover tree planting and care, careers in construction, early childhood education, and more!
Our APANO Good Growth website serves as a centralized resource for learning about our workforce and contractor development programs, community impact, and partnerships to ensure we have the input and leadership of BIPOC small businesses and communities. Find the latest opportunities on getting connected to green career pathways, and contracting opportunities that create lasting benefits for workers and communities.
