Saturday, Oct 18: Dis/orient/ed Comedy Returns to Portland!

PORTLAND-FLYER1

Save the date! Saturday, October 18th, we are collaborating with Dis/orient/ed Comedy for the second year in a row! Dis/orient/ed Comedy is the first all Asian Pacific American (mostly) female standup comedy tour in the nation. The show will be gathering 200+ community members for an evening of standup comedy from both up and coming talents and notable Asian Pacific American female comedians.

Sponsorship and funds raised will go to supporting APANO’s Strong Families working group. Just as Asian and Pacific Islander women comedians are a faced with challenges in mainstream media, our families are challenged with policies and stagnant images that do not reflect our diverse cultures.

The event will be hosted at the Eternity Banquet Hall at Mekong Bistro. The event starts at 7:30pm with a brief cocktail hour, with the show starting promptly at 8:00pm.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
