Emerging Leaders Program

Meet the Emerging Organization: Capacity Building program & members

The Emerging Organization: Capacity Building program was designed to enable leaders and organizations to support AANHPI Communities in participating in advocacy and civic engagement work.
Emerging Organizations have a deep understanding of the people they serve and their work is rooted in the knowledge and experience of community leaders.
Emerging Leaders represent specific organizations that we identified in 2022 to participate in a Capacity Growing Project. We provided additional support to expand the work that they do within our culturally specific communities to prepare and grow the work we do.
Each member organization will go through four trainings covering:
- HR/Volunteer Management
- Program Management
- Volunteer Recruitment Workshops
- Bookkeeping & Accounting Compliance
